About Krysia Syska

Krysia J. Syska joined Lubin & Meyer in 1990 and has been a partner since 2001. She has been actively involved in numerous record-setting medical malpractice verdicts and settlements covered by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly, The Boston Globe, and several national verdict reporting publications. Notable recent results include a $5.65 million birth injury settlement for failure to properly monitor a fetus during delivery and a $5 million settlement for birth injuries when a nurse and midwife failed to act on signs of fetal distress. She has been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America each year since 2012 and holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell.

Listed as a Massachusetts Super Lawyer in medical malpractice since 2008, she was also named to the Top Women Attorneys and Top 50 Women lists published in Boston magazine. She regularly speaks at professional and continuing legal education seminars on personal injury law and medical malpractice advances.
