About Lynn Hu

Lynn I. Hu is a partner at Lubin & Meyer experienced in representing clients through all stages of litigation. Her verdicts include: $17 million against a surgeon for the death of a 57-year-old wife and mother five days after elective hernia surgery, $11.5 million for an 11-year-old child with developmental delays caused by myocarditis not properly reported on a chest x-ray, $7.55 million against a cardiologist who failed to rule out pulmonary embolism before discharging a patient who collapsed 45 minutes later, $6.8 million for the adult children of a 54-year-old man who died of misdiagnosed kidney cancer, $3.5 million for parents of an infant whose infection signs were missed resulting in the infant's death, and $3.2 million for the family of a man not given proper treatment options to prevent esophageal cancer. Prior to Lubin & Meyer, she worked over two years at a Boston firm representing injured children in toxic tort litigation.

She received her B.A. in Environmental Law from the University of Chicago and her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law. She was a judicial intern to Judge Marianne B. Bowler of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Admitted in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, she has been a Super Lawyers Rising Star in personal injury since 2021.
