About Andrew Miller

Andrew H. Miller is an experienced trial attorney who has spent over a decade trying dozens of cases to verdict in Massachusetts and across the country. He focuses on medical malpractice and complex personal injury law. Notable results include: $5 million jury verdict for liver cancer diagnosis delay, $3.5 million at trial for a chemotherapy regimen blamed for a patient's death, $3 million settlement for delayed diagnosis of a kidney stone infection resulting in amputation of extremities, $2 million jury verdict for delayed diagnosis of a retinal condition causing loss of vision, $2 million settlement for anoxic brain injury from inappropriate medication combination at an alcohol rehab facility, and a $1.465 million verdict for an infant's surgical death that prompted a Boston hospital to establish an annual memorial lecture on blood loss management.

Prior to joining Lubin & Meyer, he was a partner at a nationwide plaintiffs' firm handling prescription drug cases and served as a prosecutor with the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office. A graduate of Harvard Law School (J.D.), where he was elected to the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau, and New York University (B.A., magna cum laude), he was a Presidential Honors Scholar and member of Phi Beta Kappa. He has been recognized by Super Lawyers Rising Stars and named a Top 40 Under 40 by the National Trial Lawyers organization.
