Nicholas Cappiello

Nicholas D. Cappiello is a partner at Lubin & Meyer dedicating his practice to medical malpractice and general liability litigation. He has secured several multi-million dollar settlements for injured clients in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and has contributed to record-setting jury awards including: $13.5 million for the family of a 40-year-old woman who died from an infection during cancer treatment at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, $10.7 million for a man who required multiple surgeries from a perforated intestine.

$8.5 million for the family of a New Hampshire man killed by a tractor trailer, $2.5 million for the family of a woman who died after an unnecessary high-risk surgery, and $1.75 million for a man left completely blind after improper emergency room care.
