Julie Davis

Julie A. (Gielowski) Davis is a partner at Lubin & Meyer whose practice includes medical malpractice, products liability, professional negligence, and general liability claims. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. She is a member of the legal team in the class-action lawsuit representing 180 patients of former Boston rheumatologist Derrick Todd, MD.

Her verdicts include a $6.8 million verdict for the family of a woman who died from cardiac complications following elective hernia surgery and a $1.6 million verdict for a man who suffered kidney failure requiring years of dialysis due to contrast administered during a CT scan. Selected to Boston magazine's Top Lawyers list in medical malpractice in 2022 and 2023, she has also been listed as a Top Rated Medical Malpractice Attorney by Super Lawyers Rising Stars since 2019. She received her B.A. magna cum laude from American University in 2011 and her J.D. from Boston College Law School in 2014.
