Bill Pak

Bill Pak is a trial attorney at Lucas Law Firm, LLC in Kansas City, Missouri, dedicated to representing individuals who have suffered serious injuries due to negligence. His practice focuses on medical negligence, products liability, catastrophic injury, and personal injury litigation. Pak has a background spanning both plaintiff and defense work, which gives him insight into how corporations and insurance companies evaluate claims, negotiate settlements, and prepare for trial, insight he uses to build stronger cases for his injured clients. Pak earned his B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2003 and his Juris Doctorate from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas in December 2013. He is a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association and the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys. Outside of the courtroom, Pak enjoys playing pickleball and spending time outdoors with his wife and daughter, and he and his wife have also been foster parents.
