Jason Kellerman

Jason Kellerman is a Senior Partner at Malman Law in Chicago, where he has practiced since 2012. His practice focuses on the needs of seniors and elder family members, with an emphasis on nursing home abuse and neglect, medical malpractice, and probate matters. Jason earned his Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law in 2011 and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2008.

Before joining Malman Law, he worked at the Law Offices of Barry Silver and clerked in the Cook County State's Attorney's Office. He has secured millions of dollars in settlements for clients and was named an Emerging Lawyer by Leading Lawyers Magazine in 2019 and selected to Super Lawyers Rising Stars in 2021. A native Chicagoan, Jason lives in the city with his wife and two sons.
