Brian Clemmons

Brian Clemmons is a personal injury attorney at Marcari, Russotto, Spencer & Balaban with over 37 years of legal experience. A Wilmington, North Carolina native, Brian earned a B.A. in History and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1984 and his Juris Doctor from UNC School of Law in 1987, where he was a member of the UNC Law Review. He clerked for a United States District Court Judge in the Eastern District of North Carolina from August 1987 to August 1989. Brian has litigated cases at all levels of North Carolina state courts and the Federal District Courts in the Eastern and Middle Districts of North Carolina, as well as before the Social Security Administration. He is a military veteran.
