About David Allmond

David Allmond serves as Of Counsel at Marcari, Russotto, Spencer & Balaban. With over 25 years of trial experience, he represents Virginia clients in personal injury matters including auto accidents, medical malpractice, slip-and-fall cases, and dog bites. He also handles criminal defense (from misdemeanors and DUI to serious felonies), family law, trusts and estates, and medical license matters. He joined the firm in 2002 and remains active in community mentoring, having co-founded Brother to Brother, an organization connecting African American youth with professional male mentors.
