Donald Marcari

Donald W. Marcari is the Senior Managing Partner at Marcari, Russotto, Spencer & Balaban. He has been representing seriously injured plaintiffs throughout North Carolina since 1985 and Virginia since 1988, focusing on personal injury law and civil litigation. A former U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General's (JAG) Corps officer, his early courtroom exploits as a Navy defense attorney became part of the inspiration for the 1992 film 'A Few Good Men.' He has tried more than 200 jury trials, including cases against Ford, Firestone, American Honda, and Home Depot.
