Dawson Rouse

Dawson Rouse is a Senior Associate Attorney at Marcari, Russotto, Spencer & Balaban with decades of trial and appellate experience defending clients in personal injury and criminal matters. Originally from Kinston, North Carolina, he served six years in the U.S. Navy as a CIWS technician aboard the USS Mitscher (DDG-57). After his honorable discharge he earned a degree in Economics from North Carolina State University and graduated from North Carolina Central University School of Law with academic honors. From 2014-2021 he worked with the Department of Veterans Affairs as a Rating Veterans Service Representative and later as an attorney with the Board of Veterans' Appeals.
