About David Spencer

David W. Spencer is a partner at Marcari, Russotto, Spencer & Balaban and the firm's Raleigh-based managing partner. A North Carolina native from a commercial fishing family on the Outer Banks, he handles the firm's workers' compensation cases as well as other personal injury matters including auto, truck and motorcycle accident litigation. He has been in private practice with Don Marcari since 1995 and has more than 30 years of legal experience. Outside the office he is an avid Top Dragster racer with an IHRA Class B license and serves as a Boy Scouts leader.
