Jesse M. Tillman, III is a litigator with over twenty years of experience focusing on civil litigation in Charlotte and Raleigh, North Carolina and in Rock Hill, South Carolina. His practice areas include personal injury, construction, real estate liability, commercial law, products liability, landlord/tenant, and insurance bad-faith litigation. Before joining Marcari Russotto Spencer & Balaban, he served as a Deputy Commissioner for the North Carolina Industrial Commission. He is a U.S. Navy veteran who flew EA-6B Prowlers in Operation Desert Shield and post-Desert Storm operations, retiring at the rank of Captain in 2017.
