David Russotto

David Russotto is a founding partner of Marcari, Russotto, Spencer & Balaban, a personal injury and veterans disability law firm with offices in North Carolina and Virginia. He began his legal career as an attorney with the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General's (JAG) Corps, serving as Defense Counsel at Naval Base Norfolk and later as Trial Counsel and Legal Services Attorney at Naval Air Station Oceana. He attended Staff Judge Advocate School and served as Staff Judge Advocate at FCTCLANT Dam Neck in Virginia Beach. He entered private practice in 1991 and helped found the firm in 2000 to represent people seriously injured in car, truck, and motorcycle accidents, wrongful death cases, and disabled veterans. He is a Department of Veterans Affairs accredited attorney.
