Byron Danell

Byron Danell is an associate in the Labor and Employment Department at Mastagni Holstedt, APC, specializing in public sector employee representation in criminal defense-related matters including administrative hearings, disciplinary actions, internal affairs investigations, critical incidents, labor arbitration hearings, and state or federal cases. He works extensively with the Peace Officers' Procedural Bill of Rights Act and the Firefighters Procedural Bill of Rights Act.
