Cindy Lloyd

Cindy Lloyd is an associate in the Labor and Employment Department at Mastagni Holstedt, APC, representing first responders and public safety employees in administrative and disciplinary investigations, hearings, critical incident investigations, and criminal proceedings. Before joining the firm she held positions with the Sacramento County District Attorney's Office, the California Department of Public Health (where she conducted numerous hearings on violations at hospitals and clinical laboratories), and Placer County Superior Court as a research attorney. She holds a B.S. in Biological Sciences and is a licensed clinical laboratory scientist.
