Joshua Olander

Joshua A. Olander is a senior associate in the Labor and Employment Department at Mastagni Holstedt, APC, where he represents public sector employees in administrative and disciplinary investigations, hearings, critical incident investigations, and criminal defense matters. Before joining the firm he worked as a criminal defense attorney with the Law Offices of James E. Blatt in Los Angeles, representing clients in misdemeanor and felony matters including DUI, battery, robbery, firearm possession, drug offenses, sexual assault, and murder. During law school he served as a bar-certified intern with the San Diego Public Defender's Office. He graduated with honors from California Western School of Law in the Criminal Prosecution and Defense Practice Concentration.
