Garrett Porter

Garrett R. Porter is an associate in the Labor and Employment Department at Mastagni Holstedt, APC, where he represents public safety employees in administrative and disciplinary investigations, hearings, critical incident investigations, and criminal defense matters. During law school he served as a bar-certified intern in both the Sacramento County Public Defender's Office and the Office of the Federal Defenders for the Eastern District of California, where he represented clients in criminal trials.
