Leon M. Walsh, Jr.

Leon Walsh is a trial attorney at McKeen & Associates, focusing on medical malpractice and complex personal injury litigation. Since joining the firm in 2021, he has secured over $35 million in settlements for victims of negligence across a wide range of cases. He has also achieved significant jury trial victories: in 2022, he obtained a $5.2 million verdict in a truck crash case, and in February 2025, he won a jury verdict in Huron County for a woman injured during a botched gallbladder removal surgery, a case that had been dismissed at the trial court level but was later reinstated by the Court of Appeals.

He also secured a $7 million settlement in an aviation negligence case, representing two farm workers who suffered severe injuries when an antique airplane crashed into the barn where they were working. Outside the courtroom, Leon is committed to raising awareness and funds for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, a cause that is personal to him as his daughter battles the disease. He graduated from Western Michigan University with honors and earned his J.D. from Florida State University College of Law.
