About Kristian Del Rosario

Kristian Del Rosario is an Associate Attorney at Meirowitz & Wasserberg, LLP and a member of the firm's personal injury team. Her practice focuses on motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and employment matters including discrimination and sexual harassment cases.

Originally from Florida, Kristian relocated to New York to pursue her legal career. Before joining Meirowitz & Wasserberg, she worked at litigation firms handling matters in personal injury, employment law, intellectual property, and securities law. She participated in the Second Circuit oral argument in the Revlon bankruptcy appeal regarding notice to future mesothelioma claimants, where the firm served on the Plaintiffs' Steering Committee.

Kristian earned her Juris Doctor from New York Law School and her Bachelor of Science in Communications, Public Advocacy and Media Management from the University of Miami. She is bilingual in English and Spanish, active on the firm's Trial Competition Team, and mentors law students. Outside the practice, she is a professional photographer of more than ten years and a content creator.
