About Nathaniel Wallace

Nathaniel Wallace is an Associate Attorney at Meirowitz & Wasserberg whose practice focuses on cancer-related lawsuits, including asbestos and mass tort cases. He joined the firm in 2023, bringing both professional and personal experience with cancer litigation that drives his empathetic, client-focused advocacy.

Before joining Meirowitz & Wasserberg, Nathaniel worked at Chicago-area firms handling a wide variety of plaintiffs' matters, including nursing home cases, toxic tort, mass tort, premises liability, civil rights, maritime, railroad, and automobile cases. He has been recognized as an Illinois Super Lawyers Rising Star every year from 2020 through 2025.

Nathaniel earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where he made the Dean's List and served as a brief writer for the ABA Moot Court Team. He completed his 711 License and participated in the Community Law Clinic as a guardian ad litem. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from Michigan State University. He is admitted to practice in Illinois and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
