About Riki Strosser

Riki R. Strosser is an associate with Meirowitz & Wasserberg, LLP who has represented injured plaintiffs since 2002. A native of Massachusetts, she focuses her practice on asbestos litigation, toxic torts, and medical malpractice, and has obtained numerous six- and seven-figure settlements as well as several seven-figure verdicts on behalf of her clients.

Ms. Strosser earned her B.S. in Human Resources from the University of Delaware in 1996, graduating magna cum laude, and her J.D. from Delaware Law School (formerly Widener University School of Law - Wilmington) in 2002, also magna cum laude. While in law school she served on the Law Review and the Trial Advocacy Honor Society. She has since served as an adjunct professor teaching trial advocacy at Delaware Law School.

Ms. Strosser was named a Rising Star for five consecutive years (2007-2011) and was nominated as a Super Lawyer by her peers in 2023 and 2024. She has authored articles for The Verdict, the monthly publication of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, including 'Asbestos Litigation - Alive and Well in Philadelphia' (October 2010) and 'The Thrill is Gone - Determining the Validity of Release of Liability Contracts' (June 2010), and has served as an editor for the publication.

She is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, American Association for Justice, and Pennsylvania Association for Justice.
