Alex Berman

Alex Berman is a Michigan Workers Compensation Attorney and founding member of Michigan Workers Comp Lawyers, a renowned workers compensation attorney with over 30 years representing injured workers exclusively.

Berman earned his Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School in 1971 and his Bachelor of Arts from Wayne State University in 1968. He is admitted to the State Bar of Michigan (1971), the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan (1978), and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit (1982).

Berman has served as President of the Workers' Compensation Trial Lawyers Association and is a recipient of the Workers' Compensation Hall of Fame Award. He has been named a Top Lawyer in Workers' Compensation Law by DBusiness Magazine and a Super Lawyer for 10 consecutive years in Workers' Compensation Law. His notable results include securing over $1 million in benefits for a paralyzed client and one of Michigan's largest workers compensation settlements for an industrial arm loss.
