About C. Todd Alley

Todd Alley has spent roughly three decades in Morgan & Morgan's Tampa office representing thousands of clients injured by dangerous drugs and defective medical products. His mass tort and product liability work spans fen-phen diet drugs, heart defibrillators, big tobacco, silicone breast implants, hernia mesh, artificial hip and knee implants, and drugs including Baycol, Vioxx, and Bextra. AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell, he graduated from the University of Florida in 1978 and took his Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama in 1980, and has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America since 2011 and by Super Lawyers since 2014 in personal injury, product liability, and mass tort litigation.
