About Frank Petosa

Frank Petosa is a Morgan & Morgan partner who coordinated the firm's interdisciplinary Deepwater Horizon oil spill practice, serving on the Phase 2 trial team of the BP MDL and co-coordinating its economic damages work group. From the firm's Plantation office he leads the South Florida personal injury practice while also managing nationwide Reglan litigation and serving in the Chinese drywall and denture cream MDLs. A double Gator who took his J.D. with honors from the University of Florida in 1992, he is a past president of the Florida Justice Association and has testified extensively before Florida legislative committees in opposition to tort reform.
