About Nicholas Panagakis

Nick Panagakis came to Morgan & Morgan in 2007 with courtroom experience from both sides of the bar: he began as a prosecutor for Orange and Osceola Counties, trying felonies including manslaughter, then spent over seven years defending insurance companies, trucking lines, and government agencies, making partner at his defense firm. Since joining Morgan & Morgan's Orlando office he has represented only injured people and their families. A 1997 graduate of Stetson University College of Law, he was named a Florida Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2009-2010 and voted into the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 and America's Top 100 Personal Injury Attorneys in 2019.
