About Shane Mullen

Shane V. Mullen is the Managing Partner of Mullen & Mullen Law Firm. He grew up around personal injury law, raised by his father, Regis Mullen, and knew from an early age that he would follow the same career path. Shane earned a BA in Political Science from the University of Denver and a Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law in 2001.

He has practiced personal injury law for 24 years and is a lifetime member of both the Million Dollar and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forums, an honor reserved for attorneys who have achieved personal injury settlements exceeding two million dollars. Thomson Reuters named him a Texas Super Lawyer for 2026. Outside work, he enjoys cycling, golf, homebrewing, and cheering on local sports teams.
