About Debbie Dudley Branson

A fourth generation lawyer, Debbie Dudley Branson has practiced with The Law Offices of Frank L. Branson since 1983 as part of an experienced trial team handling a full spectrum of cases. Much of her work concentrates on litigation strategy, including focus groups, attitudinal surveys, jury selection, witness preparation, and jury debriefing. "Many trials are won or lost before the lawyers even enter the courtroom," she says.

"Preparation for trial is key for success." She served as president of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association in 2000 and has sat on its board of directors since 1994, serves on the American Association for Justice Board of Governors, and is a three-time recipient of the Wiedeman/Wysocki Award (1999, 2003, 2008). She is admitted in Arkansas and Texas, including the U.S. Supreme Court, and believes lawyers have an obligation to be community leaders, public servants, and forces for positive social change.
