Tim Newsom

Tim Newsom has tried personal injury and business litigation cases for over 30 years and has built his reputation on careful study and thorough preparation. He began his legal career with a judicial clerkship at the Amarillo Court of Appeals, then entered private practice concentrating in personal injury and commercial litigation, representing individuals, businesses, executives, and small children. He is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and in Civil Trial Law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Newsom is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, and the International Society of Barristers, a past president of TEX-ABOTA and of the Amarillo Area Bar Association, and has been recognized as a Texas Super Lawyer in plaintiff's personal injury every year since 2005.
