About Anne Kepner

Anne J. Kepner grew up in San Jose and has spent her 25-year legal career representing plaintiffs in serious personal injury and wrongful death cases, including bicycle, motorcycle, car, and work-related accidents. She has tried many cases to verdict and resolved hundreds through arbitration and mediation. Kepner is AV Preeminent peer-review rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has been recognized as Trial Lawyer of the Year (2017) and as recipient of the Outstanding Achievement in the Pursuit of Justice award (2022), both from the Santa Clara County Trial Lawyers Association.

The Silicon Valley Business Journal named her among 100 Women of Influence in Silicon Valley. She currently serves as a Trustee on the West Valley-Mission Community College Board, Chair of the Mission City Community Fund, and as President of the Santa Clara High School PTSA. She has been a lecturer in Tort and Trial for the annual Consumer Attorneys of California continuing legal education program since 2014, and she served on the faculty of Lincoln Law School from 2011 to 2016.
