Franklin Duke Regan

Franklin Duke Regan, Esq. is a Florida Bar Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer at Pajcic & Pajcic, specializing in medical malpractice and civil litigation. He joined the firm in 2023 after spending more than 15 years as an insurance defense litigator. Regan attended high school with firm partner Seth Pajcic.

In his prior insurance defense practice, Regan was recognized with Chambers and Partners' highest rating for medical negligence litigation. He has been named to Florida Super Lawyers Rising Stars and Florida Trend's Legal Elite multiple years. During law school, he was named most outstanding new associate at Stetson Law Review, served as a staff editor of the Review, and served as President of the National Conference of Law Reviews.

He earned his J.D. cum laude from Stetson University College of Law in 2005, where he received a Certificate of Concentration in International Law, and his B.A. in History from Florida State University in 2001 on a full academic scholarship. He is admitted to the Florida Bar and to the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
