Robert Link

Robert J. "Bob" Link, Esq. is Of Counsel at Pajcic & Pajcic, where he has been with the firm since 1990 and has served as lead attorney on hundreds of cases. His jury trial verdicts include $8 million, $10 million, and $13 million recoveries. He has personally appeared before — and won at — the United States Supreme Court.

Link served as lead counsel on a case for the Innocence Project, which works to free inmates who are wrongly imprisoned. Through DNA evidence, he was able to secure the freedom of a man who had been wrongly sentenced to life in prison. Earlier in his career, he was an Associate at Howell Liles Milton and held a position at the Jacksonville Public Defender's Office.

Link is the author of 'Cross-Examination and Impeachment,' Criminal Trial Practice in Florida, published by The Florida Bar in 1984. He is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has been listed in Who's Who in American Law.

He earned his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 1975 and his B.A. from the University of Miami in 1972. He is admitted to the Florida Bar (1975), the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit (1980), the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit (1981), the U.S. Supreme Court (1984), and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida (1989).
