Curtis Pajcic

Curtis Pajcic, Esq. is a trial attorney at Pajcic & Pajcic, where he has practiced since 1999. He spent four years as a prosecutor before joining the firm, and has since led hundreds of litigated cases with recoveries exceeding $30 million. He initially considered architecture before pursuing law to help people and follow in the legal footsteps of his father and uncle.

Pajcic is recognized with the AV Preeminent attorney rating from Martindale-Hubbell, and the National Trial Lawyers has placed him on the Top 100 Trial Lawyers list for the past two years. His notable case results include a $7 million settlement against a trucker and a $5 million drunk-driver recovery.

He earned his J.D. with honors from Florida State University College of Law in 1995 and his B.A. with high honors from the University of Florida in 1991. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1995 and to the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida in 2002.
