Benjamin Richard

Benjamin Richard, Esq. is the in-house Appellate Counsel at Pajcic & Pajcic, serving in that role since 2005. Described as the firm's go-to person on all legal issues, he provides comprehensive litigation support across all case phases and has approximately 21 years of legal experience.

Richard has 13 reported appellate decisions and 13 significant verdicts and settlements ranging from $950,000 to $5.2 million, primarily in personal injury, wrongful death, and trucking litigation. He is recognized as a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent attorney, has been selected to Florida Super Lawyers Rising Stars annually since 2013, and was named to the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 in Florida.

He earned his J.D. summa cum laude from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2005, where he served as Law Review Managing Editor (2004-2005), and his B.A. in Political Science from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2002. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2005 and is also admitted to all three U.S. District Courts in Florida (Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts) and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
