Stephen J. "Steve" Pajcic III, Esq. is the Founding Partner of Pajcic & Pajcic, which he established in 1974. He is known for thorough trial preparation and successful settlements across personal injury cases, and works alongside his son and three nephews at the firm. With over 50 years of legal experience, he is one of the most respected trial attorneys in Florida.
In addition to his legal career, Pajcic served six terms in the Florida House of Representatives from 1974 to 1985, where he was nominated by the St. Petersburg Times for Most Valuable Member of the State House for seven consecutive years and was named the Florida Education Association's Outstanding Legislator in 1980 and 1982. He has also published works on Florida constitutional and tax policy.
He earned his J.D. with honors from Harvard Law School and his Bachelor's degree magna cum laude from Princeton University, where he played basketball. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1972 and to the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida in 1974.
