About Cole Dial

Cole Dial, Esq. is a Partner at Pencheff and Fraley's Florida office, specializing in personal injury law. He is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, one of the most prestigious groups of trial lawyers in the United States, with fewer than 1% of U.S. lawyers as members.

Dial is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran who enlisted in 2003 and served in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom from 2005 to 2006, earning Non-Commissioned Officer Leader-of-the-Year in 2007. He co-founded the Student Veterans of America Indiana University Chapter and previously served as a law clerk to an Executive Partner at Holland & Knight, LLP and as a lobbying intern for The Fiorentino Group in Jacksonville, Florida.

He earned his Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law and a Master's in Public Policy from Jacksonville University simultaneously, and his B.S. in Public Affairs Management from Indiana University - Bloomington. He is admitted to the Florida Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
