Joshua Fraley

Joshua M. Fraley, Esq. is an Associate Attorney at Pencheff and Fraley LPA, where he focuses on workers' compensation, social security, and personal injury law. His broader practice also includes contract disputes, employment discrimination, eminent domain defense, and insurance disputes.

A native of Bellville, Ohio, Fraley joined Pencheff and Fraley in 2015 and has approximately 10 years of legal experience. He resides in Blacklick with his wife and three sons.

He earned his J.D. from Capital University Law School in 2015, his Master's in Business from Ohio Dominican University in 2010, and his undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a Finance minor from Ohio Dominican University, where he was a varsity football starter for three years. He is admitted to the Ohio Bar and is a member of the Ohio Bar Association and the Columbus Bar Association.
