Raymond Gosen

Raymond J. Gosen, Esq. is the Managing Partner of Pencheff and Fraley's Florida branch office in Jacksonville, where he focuses on personal injury, car accident, truck accident, motorcycle crash, slip-and-fall, and other negligence-based injury cases. He has helped recover millions of dollars for injured clients and their families.

Gosen began his legal career at one of the largest law firms in Florida, specializing in pre-suit personal injury cases, before becoming an associate at another large personal injury firm focused on high-volume litigation. He then operated as an independent law firm owner before joining Pencheff and Fraley as Partner in 2023.

He earned his Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida and his Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State University, Northridge (CSUN). He previously attended Los Angeles Mission College, where he served as President of the Associated Student Organization. He is admitted to the Florida Bar.
