David Fraley

David A. Fraley, Esq. is an Associate Attorney at Pencheff and Fraley LPA specializing in personal injury and workers' compensation law. A native of Granville, Ohio, he was a First Team All-Ohio quarterback for the Blue Aces and a standout basketball player in high school.

Fraley joined Pencheff and Fraley as a law clerk in 2017, then began practicing as an associate attorney upon graduating from law school and passing the Ohio Bar exam in 2020. He is also a certified mediator in Ohio with experience as a mediator for the Columbus Small Claims Court, and has trial experience in Small Claims Court.

He earned his J.D. from Capital University Law School in Spring 2020 and his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a minor in Legal Studies from Baldwin Wallace University in 2017. He was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2020.
