About Joseph Fraley

Joseph A. Fraley, Esq. is a Partner at Pencheff and Fraley LPA, an injury law firm serving Ohio and Florida, where he has dedicated his career to representing injured workers and accident victims. He focuses on workers' compensation, personal injury, intentional tort claims, and related litigation.

He has expanded the firm's practice extensively, adding personal injury to its already established workers' compensation and social security disability practices.

Fraley earned his Bachelor's degree from Ohio Northern University and his J.D. from Capital University Law School in 1991. He is admitted to the Ohio Bar and is a member of the Ohio Bar Association and the Columbus Bar Association.
