About Joshua Plaxen

Joshua A. Plaxen is a partner and the managing partner at Plaxen Adler Muncy, P.A., handling personal injury, workers' compensation, and Social Security Disability claims in Maryland. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2008 and his J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2012, finishing in the top ten percent of his class. He was inducted into the Heuisler Honor Society and served on the Executive Board of the University of Baltimore Law Review. Before joining Plaxen Adler Muncy, Joshua clerked for the Honorable William V. Tucker on the Circuit Court of Howard County from 2012 to 2013, then drafted and negotiated Clinical Trial and Research Agreements at the University of Maryland, Baltimore. He joined the firm in December 2015 and became a partner in 2021.
