Kenneth Laduca

Kenneth Laduca is a partner at Price Benowitz LLP focused on civil litigation involving serious personal injury and wrongful death matters. He is known for obtaining six- and seven-figure results in cases including motor vehicle accidents and institutional death claims, and has successfully negotiated claims against major insurers, transit authorities including WMATA, and private institutions.

Laduca earned his Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law, where he served as Articles Editor of the American University Business Law Review. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from American University. He is admitted to the Maryland State Bar, the Bar of the District of Columbia, the Virginia State Bar, and the U.S. District Courts for Maryland and the District of Columbia.
