Seth Price

Seth Price is the Founding and Managing Partner of Price Benowitz LLP, which he has grown from two attorneys to more than 40.

Price earned his Juris Doctor with honors from George Washington University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania. He is admitted to the Bar of the District of Columbia and the State Bar of New York.

After law school, Price worked as an insurance litigator at Swindler & Berlin and was a co-founder of USLaw.com, an early consumer legal website. He served on the executive committee of the National Trial Lawyers Association and is a member of the Washington DC Trial Lawyers Association. He serves as Board Chair of KIPP Baltimore and as a board member of Ed Village.

His honors include a 10/10 Avvo rating, an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, Thomson Reuters Super Lawyers selection (2013-2025), Top 100 Trial Lawyer by the National Trial Lawyers Association, Top 50 Lawyers by Amtrak Magazine, and Top 100 Washington, D.C. by Super Lawyers.
