Scott Nolan

Scott Nolan is a partner at Price Benowitz LLP focused on criminal defense, with practice areas including DUI, reckless driving, drug offenses, and serious felony cases.

Nolan earned his law degree from George Mason University and holds advanced degrees in national security studies and political science. He is admitted to the Virginia State Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

Before practicing law, Nolan served in the United States Navy and worked in national security-related roles. He is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the National College for DUI Defense.
