About Adam Detsky

Adam Detsky is an experienced trial attorney at Ramos Law Personal Injury & Accident Lawyers, specializing in personal injury litigation including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, product liability, FELA claims, bad faith insurance, and coverage disputes in state and federal courts nationwide.

Detsky has more than four years of experience representing injured victims prior to joining Ramos Law, and spent over a decade at an Am Law 200 firm in New York before relocating to Colorado, where his prior work included defending a national railroad against toxic-tort claims arising from long-term workplace carcinogen exposure. He serves as an adjunct professor of trial advocacy and on the Boards of Directors of the American Mock Trial Association and the Mockingbird Foundation.

Detsky earned his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law and his Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland, College Park.
