About Christopher Ponce

Christopher 'Chris' Ponce is Litigator Counsel at Ramos Law Personal Injury & Accident Lawyers, joining the firm following its merger with The Paul Wilkinson Law Firm, where he served as Of Counsel. He focuses on civil plaintiff litigation and complex criminal defense matters.

Ponce was admitted to the Colorado bar in 2014. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2014 and his Bachelor's degree in English from Colorado Christian University in 2011. Earlier in his career, he served as a prosecuting attorney for the 19th Judicial District in Greeley and the 1st Judicial District in Golden, and practiced criminal defense and civil rights litigation at Hampton & Pigott, LLP.

Ponce is also a U.S. military veteran. He served in the United States Army from 2006 to 2008 in a combat aviation brigade with one tour in Iraq, and served as a commissioned officer in the Wyoming Army National Guard from 2012 to 2018, retiring as a Captain.
