About Erin Hogan

Erin Hogan is a trial attorney on the litigation team at Ramos Law Personal Injury & Accident Lawyers, joining the firm in 2023. She has extensive experience in complex civil litigation, criminal law, appellate advocacy, and intellectual property.

As a state prosecutor, Hogan maintained a winning record in more than 45 jury trials and obtained judgments of acquittal and dismissals in numerous matters. On the civil side, she has secured dismissals and managed multi-year civil litigation projects, and was featured as a trademark expert in the Denver Business Journal as a second-year associate.

Hogan earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2007, graduating in the top 2 percent of her class and inducted into the Order of St. Ives. She earned multiple American Jurisprudence Awards (Torts, Legal Writing I & II, Advanced Legal Research) and served on the Executive Board of the Denver University Law Review as 10th Circuit Survey Editor and on the DU ABA Appellate Team. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film Production from the University of Colorado Boulder.
