Benjamin Katz

Benjamin Katz is an Associate Attorney at Raphaelson & Levine Law Firm, P.C., where he focuses on personal injury litigation, including wrongful death actions, motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents, and product liability matters. He is an experienced litigator who has worked on both the defense and plaintiff sides of complex civil cases.

Benjamin joined Raphaelson & Levine in 2013. He represents clients in serious injury and wrongful death cases throughout New York and federal court. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 2008 and his Bachelor of Arts from Ohio State University.

He is licensed to practice in New York State and is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
