About Donald Saiontz

Donald S. Saiontz is the founder and senior partner of Saiontz & Kirk Personal Injury Lawyers in Baltimore, Maryland. With more than 50 years in practice, he co-founded the firm with Harvey Kirk in 1975 and is among the most respected and widely known personal injury lawyers in Maryland.

Saiontz earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1966. He is admitted to the bars of Maryland, Washington, D.C., Pennsylvania, and Virginia.

Under Saiontz's leadership, the firm has represented tens of thousands of individuals in personal injury and wrongful death matters and has reportedly collected more than $750 million for clients. He pioneered lawyer advertising in the United States, and his firm was among the first U.S. firms to advertise on television, establish a 24-hour injury hotline, and offer a free consultation model. His three sons - Eric, Carl, and Ryan Saiontz - are now partners at the firm.
