About Harvey Kirk

Harvey A. Kirk is a founder and senior partner of Saiontz & Kirk Personal Injury Lawyers in Baltimore, Maryland. He co-founded the firm with Donald Saiontz in 1975. With more than 40 years representing clients in personal injury and wrongful death cases, he was among the first attorneys in the country to advertise on television and pioneered free consultations and the nation's first 24-hour Injury Hotline.

Kirk earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1972 and his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland in 1969. He is admitted to the Maryland State Bar.

The firm reports clients have collected more than $750 million in compensation. Kirk works closely with his son Austin Kirk, who joined the firm in 2001.
